Activation is as easy as 1-2-3. Take a close look at what you'll need.1) Be ReadyYou will need some key information to activate your card and select your PIN.Consumer Cardholders:

- Zip Code
- Last 4 digits of social security number
- 3-digit CVV code on back of card
Business Cardholders:-
- Zip code
- Last four digits of business tax ID
- 3-digit CVV code on back of card
***The card activation system will allow 3 activation attempts, if the information is entered incorrectly 3 times, the activation process will be locked out until thenext business day.***2) Activate!Call the number on the sticker on the front of your card, and provide the details you gathered above to complete card activation and PIN selection.3) All Set!Use your new Mastercard Debit Card for everyday purchases!Notify any merchants or billers that have your old card number on file to update to your new card number. -
First Oklahoma offers free ATM withdrawals at the Jenks and Midtown branch locations at the terminals located in the drive-thru.
We will REFUND any surcharges from ATMs located at any QuikTrip convenience stores located in Oklahoma. When you visit a QuikTrip ATM, please accept the charge at the terminal and the refund for the charge will be posted to the account by the end of the next business day.
First Oklahoma Bank will be utilizing Jack Henry’s Card Processing Services (CPS) Fraud Center to assist us in monitor our card base for fraud. The phone # that will show up on the cardholders caller ID is 1-800-237-8990. Any text messages sent to cardholders from the fraud center will come from short code 96923. First Oklahoma advises our customers to add this phone number and short code to their contacts and label as “Bank Fraud Center”, so you know the call or text is valid.
